Licensing Issues

New Here ,
Dec 03, 2020 Dec 03, 2020

I have recently taken out the Acrobat DC subscription for which I am billed monthly, however any time I try to use anything I get a splash screen asking me to start my free trial. Driving me mad and am considering cancelling the whole thing. Can anyone advise on how to proceed with this issues

Thanks

Jack

Is this on a Computer or Mobile Device?

Have you Signed In, In the program?

Have you checked the Subscription Status at the Adobe website signing in using the same Adobe ID you used to purchase the subscription?
