I have a personal plan for ADOBE pro under a home email and then found I needed ADOBE at work.  Purchased an individual plan using work email. Realized I could particpate in company license so I cancelled mine.  Now when I try to save docs to ADOBE I get a plan canccled error.  I can open ADOBE fine in creative cloud, how to fix?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Hi Keith,

This is not ideal.

I second with the solution provided by the expert above. Did you try signing out and signing back into the Adobe Creative cloud desktop application?

Let us know the outcome.

Regards,

Shivangi
