I have used the Lightroom + Photoshop 20GB Cloud Photographer Plan for years.
I haven't changed my payment method and the card is still valid, but the payment failed. I added another payment method and checked multiple times, but it didn't solve the problem.
I have already tried the following link below

I have checked with my bank, and my bank confirmed it didn't block any payment.
When I update and check the payment method, the following notices pop up in sequence.

I just tried on my phone as well as on a different browser. Neither of them worked.
This billing issue started to happen after I received an email from Adobe regarding the plan price update.
