Lightroom app - confusing plan

Hi, I have an account adobe and i saw there are three plan for lightroom with their own prices (12.19 € or more). Long time ago i downloaded lightroom app and I did the free trial but on there the payment is something like 49.48 € annually or 5,48 € monthly for premium - lightroom app has a lot of free tools. Can someone explain me the difference? They are not the same service? Why the difference in prices. I'm confused
