I just recently had my lightroom subscription end for the year plan after paying 20 dollars. and so i decided to pay for one month and after paying my subscription for this month I went to my account to see it still say my subscription had ended even though my emails has the receipt and everything. It wont let me use the product that I bought and it feels as if there is no clear aswer but a "your wifi is messed up "when n reality its my lightroom that is messsed up. Can I please get some help please . I spent 20 dollars and Im not being able to use anything .
