Lightroom Mobile App Premium Subscription Issue and Refund

Hello,
Yesterday, I made a payment through Google Play Store to upgrade to the premium features of the Lightroom mobile app. However, when I opened the app and tried to access the premium features, nothing changed, and the premium features were not activated. I repeated this several times but got the same result.
After the issue persisted, I decided to cancel my subscription via Google Play Store. However, after canceling, I received an email stating that no refund would be issued.
Is there any way you can assist me with this issue or provide a solution? I would also appreciate it if you could advise on how to get a quicker response from Adobe support.

As far as I know, Adobe support here can't help with a Google purchase, only with a purchase from Adobe
