There's no point to selling it, as whoever you sell it to will not be able to install it. The activation servers for CS1-CS4 have been shut down.

Are my CS4, CS5 licenses also affected?

By @Stypo

No, but as LinSims  said, it doesn't matter

Anything you have installed and activated, no matter which version, will continue working. The only problems you could run into is if you try to install them on a new system. The CS5 and CS6 activation servers are still available but we (as fellow users) do not know when they'll be retired. We just know that will happen. CS1 through CS3 can never be installed on a new system now, and I'm iffy on whether CS4 can be. @Peru Bob , do you happen to remember if it's still possible to activate CS4 on a new install?

CS4 can be activated.  It can't, however, be deactivated.

The activation server is working, but the deactivation server is not.

Yes. If CS4 and CS5 are upgrades from CS3 then you still have only one software license and you cannot sell CS3 since the upgrades are dependent on the CS3 license.

As the others have said, selling CS3 is a moot point anyway since anyone buying it off you will not be able to activate it or use it. Even you will not be able to activate it if you ever reinstall it - even if you enter your valid serial CS3 number.
