Lost Serial Number

Guest
Jun 11, 2020 Jun 11, 2020

I have an old copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro Extended that I bought for my company many years ago.  I have since retired and have lost the original box and serial number during the house move.  I cannot get any info from Adobe LWS because the email address that it was purchsed under has changed.  I want ot move it to a newer computer but cannot do so without the Serial Number.

Can anyone help?!

Lost information https://community.adobe.com/t5/Premiere-Pro/Find-serial-number-without-Adpbe-ID/td-p/7769446
- page has links to programs to find an installed serial number in Mac or Windows
- when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer

Which version of Acrobat Pro did you have?  I ask because even if you have the original installation disks and a valid serial number, it might not be possible to activate your old software anymore.  Adobe deactivated older Acrobat versions for security reasons.
