je devais transformer un document PDF en word pour le remplir. J'ai téléchargé la version gratuite, le document comportait des images qui ne pouvaient être gérées. J'ai contacté l'assistance qui m'a confirmé ne pouvoir effectuer cette tâche. J'ai donc résilié la version gratuite, mais le prélèvement continue et une "taxe de +80€" est demandée pour la résiliation à ce jour. Je me prépare à déposer plainte pour utilisation frauduleuse de ma carte bancaire en passant d'abord par la déclaration sur le site gouvernemental PEGASE. je ne parviens pas communiquer directement avec le service commercial. Avez vous cette même expérience à partager? merci pour vos conseils
