Hi, I signed up for Acrobat and cancelled the same day when I realised it couldnt do what I needed. Adobe seems to have signed me up to an AI free trial which I didnt knowingly agree to. When I saw transaction on bank I have tried to cancel and 'manage account' is pretty much the only area of Adobe that handily enough isn't loading. I have no way to do it myself, live chat doesn't seem to work and there is no contact email or phone number. I can only find this page and the general advice on cancelling a subscription. I know how to do that, but can't.

Hi, thanks for the prompt reply. Will the time I have been unable to cancel my auto renewed subscription for the product I didnt sign up for be considered in relation to refunding me ? The free trial I signed up to was Acrobat and the charge is for some AI product.

Thanks for the update, Gavin, but no one can verify any of that because those services are currently unavailable. Please continue watching https://adobe.ly/4o00rJx and once services are available try managing the plan again. Subscriptions are not canceled or managed through public discussion forums, so please reach out to us directly if you continue to encounter problems once services have been restored. ^JW
