I decided to try Adobe Acrobat today and utilize the free seven day trial. Unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations so I decided to cancel the subscription. Now, the "manage" alternative has been blanked out under overview and I am unable to cancel the trial. I also have a "Photography-plan" on which the manage alternative is available, so it has nothing to do with cookies. I also have a spotless payment record with Adobe and have never missed a single payment, so this is not the reason it's blanked out. I have been in contact with the AI customer support, which gives me a link, bringing me one step further but failing to "load data" when I attempt to cancel the Acrobat subscription . "Chat with an agent" is fruitless since no agent appears in the chatroom, in spite of me waiting an hour.
What do I do? This is day one of the seven day free trial and I want to have it cancelled since this alternative was a part of the deal when I signed up on the subscription--a seven day guaranteed trial. It strikes me as odd that it's blanked out--almost making me feel as if I am being coaxed by Adobe--but of course there ought to be some solution to this, right?
