Incié la prueba gratuita de Adobe Photoshop para un par de fotos, sin embargo, me han cobrado la suscripción de 26'30 euros. La prueba supuestamente es de 1 mes, no han pasado ni 7 días y ya me han cobrado. He intentado ponerme en contacto con atención al cliente y no hay respuesta. Qué hago? Cancelo el plan y me lo reeembolsan? O lo tengo que dejar activado hasta que me contesten? Quiero mi dinero de vuelta.

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account info, the subscription for Adobe Photoshop stands cancelled after 7days. Ideally there shouldn't be any charge until 7days of trial are completed, however, if it has happened for you then it will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
