Me quitaron acceso a mi plan de illustrator sin que yo haya dado de baja.

Tengo contratado el programa illustrator de forma independiente, no bajo un plan.

En ningun momento cancele el servicio y me doy con la molestia que el programa se cierra a cada rato impidiendome trabajar. Luego de que esto ocurriese muchas veces en una hora, revise el creative cloud y me doy con la sopresa que me habian quitado acceso al programa sin que yo hubiese cancelado el servicio. A mi me cobran de forma puntual mes a mes y pido que me solucione el tema para poder acceder y continuar con mi trabajo.
