Mensagem que meu Plano Expirou, mas renovei hoje 13/06

Meu plano na Adobe foi ativado no dia 13/06/23 porém quando tendo abrir o meu aplicativo Illustrator ou qualquer outro, aparece a mensagem que o meu plano foi expirado, sendo que esta pago, já descontou no meu cartão.
