By mistake, instead of upgrading my Acrobat standard subscription to Acrobat pro, I ordered another subscription. So I now have two annual subscriptions 1) acrobat standrad and 2) acrobat pro. Is there any way to merge the two subscriptions?

Uh oh! That is a tricky situation to be in. I would recommend you to contact our support team and start a private chat session here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

You can explain the situation to them and they'll assist you with the best possible solution.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Shivangi

Hi Martin,

You can try cancelling the Acrobat standard subscription and continue with Acrobat Pro subscription.

Hi Ravi, thanks for the message. That's what I wanted but since I have a yearly subscription paid monthly, this comes with a penalty (paying the rest of the subscription). At the same time, I don't know if in case of termination of Standard subscription, the files can be transferred under Pro subscription.
