Misleading Sales Tactics...

I was checking my Creative Cloud app today (Macintosh) to see if there were any updates to my installed and purchased (licensed) products (Photoshop and Lightroom). The list of my apps also included a subheader that said, "Included in your subscription", below which was listed, Premiere Rush. I just assumed that something must have changed and Adobe was now including this video tool as part of my subscription package. So, I downloaded the software and started checking it out.

I got to the point of testing the export process when I was greeted with my first clue that this was too good to be true. That's when I learned that the software includes three exports before I would be forced to "Upgrade" my subscription at $10/month to allow more than three total exports.

That's about as close to a bait and switch technique that I've ever seen. So I just wanted to share that outside of your squalid marketing department, the rest of us wouldn't ever describe a free trial as something that is "Included in (our) subscription".

There is Xd next to the screen shot, but Xd is also a product that can be used free of charge as a starter plan.

Here is a page where you can give feedback so that it can be fixed.

It seems that I forgot to answer a similar question before. I'm sorry.
