I wan't to speak to someone in person about the money I paid. I did an anulation. When do I get my money back. The website turns in loops....

Refunds are processed automatically and it takes sometime for it to happen
To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

If you cancelled in the 14-day frame of the start of your paid subscription, you will be refunded automatically. If you cancelled after that date, you are not eligible for a refund.
To check if you really cancelled your subscription, go to https://account.adobe.com/plans and check the status of your plans. If you see an active plan, you did not (yet) cancel, but you can do so, by clicking “Manage plan”.
With a successful cancel, you will get an e-mail.
Refunds are processed manually, so allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Weekends and Sundays are non-working days. Some banks also need 2-3 days to account the refund.
If all this is not working for you, you may contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
