I can afford the annual plan paid monthly but my question is, I am in south africa, would the flactulating dollar to rand (za) exchange rate affect my monthly payment

I live in South Africa and it very unstable. I am afraid what happened to
Zimbabwe will happen here and then I will have to pay trillions to adobe.
Adobe not too smart because it the dollar exchange that prevents us from
signing up for long term contracts
