Monthly plan tax

Has anyone else had their plan start adding tax to their monthly payment plan?

In my region, tax has always been added, ever since day #1.

That's interesting. I've been paying the same amount for years and it never had tax added on. It was always included in the monthly fee. I've asked colleagues and one company and no one is paying added tax.  And we don't live in a tax free state, so it's odd that it's been added now after so many years.  When I chatted with their call center twice, I got very random excuses and answers that made no sense. It was a very strange experience.

Maybe you should contact a local tax expert. Perhaps the laws in your region have changed.  Regardless, fellow product users don't have anything to do with what Adobe charges or how regional sales taxes are collected. Sometimes taxes are included in the fees, sometimes they are billed separately.  It varies by region.

Probably you live in a country or state where tax is a legal requirement. Adobe do what they are told by tax authorities, they are funny that way.

Thank you for posting your query here.

If your account was Tax exempted earlier and recently you've been charged taxes, kindly contact Adobe Support Team and share the Tax exemption Certificate as, by default the Tax Exempted status is updated for 12 months and post that again request needs to be raised for Tax exemption and also you will get refund for the extra taxes charged.
