Dear Adobe,
For a few months now I have had a Creative Cloud subscription. I pay the subscription money every month on the 26th via SEPA direct debit. Unfortunately because there is a delay in the authorization because I live in Europe and have a European bank it takes a little longer until the money arrives. At the end of the month my Creative Cloud stops working and tells me I have to buy a new subscription. But I don't want that because I've already paid for my subscription that doesn't work. It is a very annoying bug, I have to chat with a help desk employee every month to access creative cloud again. Can you guys please fix this? I guess I am not the only one with this problem.
Greetings from The Netherlands

Jasminjin, sorry for any confusion. Your previous Creative Cloud membership was a prepaid educational membership using a redemption code. That subscription has now expired, and you are subscribed to a new full-price Creative Cloud All Apps membership. Are you still attending an educational institution? Have you contacted them directly to see if they offer a Creative Cloud plan they manage?
Please see https://adobe.ly/4hy9DSH for more information on Creative Cloud Educational plans. ^JW

Hi Jeff,
Unfortunately, that's not true. I am very sure that I never took out an education membership because I am no longer studying. This was just a special offer on your website with discount for a few months after those few months I would pay the normal amount again. I would like to see a receipt or invoice with the correct specifications because even on my invoices it does not say that it is an education membership. In the Netherlands you cannot just take out such a membership because you have to be able to prove that you are studying at an institution. I did have an education membership a few years ago, but not the one I have now. In any case, what the problem is is that the SEPA direct debit does not work regardless of whether it is a membership with or without a discount. The direct debit is debited from my Dutch bank on the 26th and takes a little longer to arrive at your bank. This problem is going to occur every month so I would like to see a solution to this.

Hi Jasmijn, i have the same problem with my automatic SEPA payment. Every month I got kicked out and have to chat with Adobe in India again. In the beginning they helped me well but the actual problem is not solved. I want to pay with debit card and no paypall or creditcard. Adobe doesn't want that I guess... Adobe should look at this payment problem. Please help so it's less frustrating working with Adobe products.
