I have an adobe plan that I have been using for 1 year. I have my all projects inside. There was a problem with my card while making the payment today and I could not renew my plan. So I purchased 1 more plan to check whether the problem was with my card or the system. I currently have two separate plans and I can't use either of them. Because I need to re-download the applications to use the plan I just purchased, but I already have all apps on my computer. I don't know what to do. If I redownload all apps according to the plan I just purchased, will my previous files and apps saved on my computer be deleted? By the way, I use the same username and e-mail address for both plans, so I have no idea how to fix it without losing my projects. I would appreciate your help.
Thank you.

contact adobe support to cancel your new plan and fix your original plan. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Do as @kglad said: contact Adobe customer care. Your second plan is of no use. You have probably created a second Adobe ID, as you can't take two the same plans on the same ID.
As a side note: the applications do not need to get installed again, the data are the problem.
