I was using Adobe premium for creative cloud and recent paid for my subscription, and about 45 mins ago I got mail that someone changed my email.
What should I do, will I be able to get back my account even without the premium if possible.
I am very panicked rn.
When I tried to login to my account I was not able to find one and had create new account with same Id.

Thanks for tagging me, @kglad !
I am sorry, @aqdas_8793 , but the only Adobe account that exists is the one that you are using to post to this public discussion forum. The other e-record.com accounts don't exist, so I would suspect someone is sending you a phising e-mail. Please make sure to report the e-mail to your provider.
I would encourage you to add a secondary e-mail account to help make sure you never loose access. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-email-address.html

check your account to see, https://account.adobe.com
the email may be from a scammer.
also, enable 2fa to protect yourself in the future.

I checked my account, Now adobe login considered my email as a completely new mail id and I had to make a new account with the same email.

I know, I was DUMB to remove 2fa to ease login. But I'm only concerned about my personal and other data stored in that creative cloud of previous account.

download/delete the files as meet your needs:
use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/link to check.:
https://documentcloud.adobe.com
if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder. the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files.
if not use your mobile cc app to check for mobile generated saves.

i'm no longer allowed to tell you how to contact adobe support. you have to await an adobe employee (that will be badged) to tell you that. if you don't see a post here from one within the next 24 hours, let me know.

What are the chances I will be able to get back my account with all my data if not deleted by the hacker?

Thanks for your reply, I checked that is not a phising mail. My account security literally got breached, I believe my password got leaked and the hacker changed the primary mail id associated with my account multiple times. When I tried to login with my id, the adobe login page told to make a new account and hence I had to make a new account with that same email which was assosiated to previous account (you are righ the new account is this that I am using in this forum with the same email Id as of previous account).
I don't know if I am able to explain my situation or not.
