Hi, so I was just in the middle of class when I got an email that said my cancellation request was processed. However, I never requested to cancel my subscription and it wasn't supposed to end until June or July, can someone help me with this?
You can reach Adobe Customer Support through chat or phone, they will help you with this issue:
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person that can help you

If you are asking about the message "Moved to Account, Payment and Plan." -- this is telling you that you posted in a forum which wasn't the best one for getting the right experts. So your post was moved to this forum "Account Payment and Plan". You have received the best advice already though.

- what were you paying for the subscription each year or month (say which)?
- where, exactly (company name etc.) did you buy the subscription?
