Actually, a month-to-month plan has never been the default. You must choose that option manually at the time of signing up for a new subscription. And that option automatically costs you 50% more money per month than the actual default option, which is an annual plan paid monthly. And Adobe has effectively discouraged subscribers from choosing the month-to-month plan by charging you much higher monthly costs - in your case, €45 per month instead of €30 per month. That makes the month-to-month plan more expensive overall than the annual plan paid monthly, even when cancellation fees are added to the latter, especially after six months of being a subscriber.
The other option is an annual plan, prepaid.
