Hi! 2 months ago I bought a full creative cloud pack by student subscription, which was 19.99 USD pro month. Today, after 2 months, I was charged 23 USD. Do you know why it happened?

That is the normal student rate. For the first 12 months you get a special deal.

@Test Screen Name,

But not after two months, and the second year price is higher!

$3 increase sounds like a regional TAX increase or currency exchange adjustment to me.   Where do you live?

@aselvi,

Introductory rates are for the first 12 months only.  The normal rate for a Creative Cloud ALL apps plan is USD $60/month plus your region's taxes, tariffs and other fees.

https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html

For example, eligible students & teachers pay USD $20/month for the first year.

$39/month the second year.

$60/month thereafter...

For details on what you're purchasing, go to your Adobe Account at  https://account.adobe.com/plans

Hope that helps.

As long as students and teachers are eligible, they get the second year reduced price. which is about 50% of the full rate.

But if you are no more eligible (or you did not prove eligibility) the price will change to the full price at subscription renewal.

@aselvi

if you have an individual subscription, at the end of the first year you can expect your introductory cost to end and the new price to begin, https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/subscription-price-increase-2023-individual-plans...
