My current billing says £2.17/mo which I changed from £30.34 per month, is this correct?

Hi.

if this isn't the right forum section for this sort of question then I apologise and please point me to the right place if that's the case.

To go into further detail, my previous plan was Annual, paid monthly (30.34 per month) and when on the cancel plan page I accepted an offer of two free months at the start of the new Annual, paid monthly plan (I wasn't going to cancel the plan but looking for a new package) and the package is otherwise the same.

Now, on my account page under billing and payment it says £2.17/mo. Is this literally correct thst it went from £30.34/mo to £2.17/mo or is that likely just the first month? I have tried finding the answer but get no clear answer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

no, that's not the correct monthly rate over the year.

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Appreciate the detailed response, currently waiting.

On my account page, this is exactly what it says:

"£2.17/mo

Next payment on Feb 16, 2023
Annual plan, paid monthly"
