I sent Adobe a private email, on Friday, December 10, 2021, 03:52 PM East African Time, but up to now, I have not received the reply. Do adobe has dedicated mail for private contacts?

Adobe does not provide support via email, so even if the email address was genuine(which I doubt) the chances of getting a response are quite slim. So the best option is to use the support chat as mentioned by @KanikaS
