I tried to cancel my free trial before I was charged, but it wouldn't let me. Every time I went to manage plan and then clicked cancel my subscription, it just wouldn't work. I tried it on my MacBook, my iPhone, my iPad, and the computer in my school library, and nothing worked. Then, this morning, I was charged over $500. I called customer service, but it said this wasn't their working hours. I don't know what to do. Is a chat or some other way I can contact customer service?

Hi @malachi_1699,

Thanks for sharing this. I checked your account details and found that you have canceled your subscription after 9 days. The free trial lasts for 7 days.

You can request for complete refund if you cancel with 14 days, hence you are eligible for it.

Please contact our support team and start a private chat session so that the refund can be initiated: https://adobe.ly/42ncd8J

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Shivangi

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
