Hi @manish_8316,
Thank you for reaching out.
Upon checking, we were unable to find any completed transactions associated with your account. If you noticed a charge on your card, please note that this may be an authorization hold, not an actual debit. This temporary hold is used to verify your payment method and may appear for up to 7 days. It will only be converted into a charge if the subscription continues beyond the trial period. If the trial is canceled within this 7-day window, the authorization will be automatically released, and no payment will be processed.
As noted, you have already contacted our support team. As they advised, please check back with us after 24 hours so we can review your account again and confirm whether any payment has been processed.
We hope this helps clarify your concern. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out—we're here to help.
Regards,
^AN

... and free trials are only available once so, if you had one in the past, trying to start another will start a subscription.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
