if your school administers your plan, contact your admin, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html

if you administer your plan, contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi!

Thank you for your quick reply, but I did searched for an answer before I
sent this. But the only ones that I found was not really answered, and were
therefore unhelpful.
No, my subscription is not made from my uni as I like to have complete
control of my account if trouble happens.
And I’m not using my student benefits anymore due to I had to quit some of
my studies and can’t therefore use them.

So, my question still stands. How is it possible that my non-student
account has been cancelled even though I paid it in full??

again, you need to contact adobe support for that info.  non-adobe employees (like me) do not have access to your account information.

without a subscription use twitter/x
