Hi so I just recently bought all Adobe apps and paid for my subscription but when I went to download a few apps I was only able to get the trials for most apps. So I double checked if I bought the right subscription or if my payment went through, and I found out it said my account wasn't even subscribed to anything but I was billed for the month for creative apps. I don't know if I need to call customer service or if this an easy fix?
