My suscription changed and I payed for all the apps

I bought 2 identical complete licenses (all the apps in anual plan), but at the time of instalation it says one of those licenses just has only XD, Bridge, Premiere Rush and Fresco in the plan and every other app just has the trial period (even though I payed for all the apps). What can I do and why is that happening? As I said, I payed for all the apps, even the confirmation e-mail said it.
