Sempre faturaram minha assinatura no dia 8 de cada mês. Esse mês de abril não renovaram, eu não consigo acessar meus apps, porquê pedem pra eu assinar outros serviços sendo que já assino o Creative Cloud todos os Apps.
Quando tento Cancelar o plano diz que eu já paguei pelos dias sendo que nem no meu cartão foi cobrado.
Gostaria de entender o que está acontecendo, pois preciso trabalhar e dependo de algumas ferramentas.
PRECISO PAGAR MINHA ASSINATURA, MAS NÃO CONSIGO! Que loucura.

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html
if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english
if that fails, change the install location
