Entro na minha conta com o email de cadastro, porem quando abro o photoshop ele abre com o email alternativo e não reconhece que há um plano pago e oferece para comprar um plano. Nao consigo fazer logoff e entrar com o email principal. Já fiz de tudo, já deletei o photoshop, 0 creative cloud, mas sempre que instalo novamente ele entra direto com este email alternativo e não me deixa acessar a conta. Ja perdi mais de 30 horas tentando corrigir o problema, entre suporte tecnico, chat e buscas na internet, nada fizeram ate agora a não ser cobrar o plano em dia... puta palhaçada... estou muito indignada... inconformada... DECEPCIONADA!!!!
