I've signed up and paid for theCreative Cloud but email address was put in incorrectly in error, so cannot access anything! I did the whole process again and all is fine but obviously I need to somehow delete the first subscription before the trial runs out, does anyone know how to do this? I don't know the incorrect email to use it to sign in and do this online so I need to speak to someone who can access my account and see I have 2 subscriptions, and delete one. Thanks. Based in UK.
Since you don't know what the incorrect email is, I would suggest performing a web search for Adobe customer support to get a regionally appropriate phone number. You are definitely going to need to talk to someone directly.
