Need help from customer support with subscription

I have been studying a course as a part of an education where I needed to use Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator as a part of the studies. The course is 2 months long and I have mistakenly subscribed to an annual plan with Creative Cloud. I only wanted to use the programs for the duration of my studies, and now that I realised that I have an annual plan, I need help to see if there is something that can be done. As a student, I can't afford to pay for a full year, and I won't be needing the programs anymore since I have completed that part of my studies.

 

I have been trying to contact customer support to see if there is anything that can be done, but I only managed to find the virtual chat bot, and it's not helping me any further.

There is no student plan for the month. So, if you take the student plan, you will have the most economic situation. If you cancel, you will need to pay half of the remaining dues as an early cancellation fee, which will make after a 2-month use around $100. So it would cost you all in all $140. If My information is correct, a month-to-month subscription for creative cloud all apps is pricier for a two-month subscription time.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

you may be able to change to a regular monthly plan for those three apps without penalty, but whether that's prudent financially or not depends on your current cost.  

 

in any case, contact adobe support and find out your options. after explaining what your want and what you have.
