Need Help Restoring Purchase & Accessing All My Photos/Presets

Hello! I recently purchased a new iPhone and installed all of my applications/settings from backup. When I tried to use Lightroom for the first time it logged me out. When I logged back in I did not have access to any of my photos or Lightroom Premium. Now I'm not entirely sure if I'm using the correct login but I tried all of my possible emails and still no photos saved in cloud or Lightroom Premium. 

 

I pay for Lightroom Premium through my gmail account / google play since I originaly purchased it on a Google Pixel phone back in the day. That still charges monthly even though i've been usign it on my iPhone. Is there any way for Adobe to figure out how to restore the purchase or which Adobe account is tied to my recurrent payment? I do not want to lose all my presets and photos and cancel/re-order Lightroom Premium.

If you don't know your correct log in I don't think support will be able to help... you have to prove who you are, or support is very likely going to think you are a scammer trying to steal someone's account

 

If you ever do figure out who you are, you need to keep track of your identiy in a safe place
