Hi! I am a student and I have just realized that i have accidentally subscribed to Adobe CC although my organisation already provides for it. I only realize now as I do not use Adobe at all and when I tried cancelling it, I am required to pay a cancellation fee. As I am currently an unemployed student, I am unable to financially afford the cancellation fee and I have just found out that the plan renews tommorow... Is there any way I can cancel the plan as I have accidentally purchased the plan and virtually have no use for it? Thank You! Any help is appreciated!
P.S: I am not sure which category this Topic applies to hence if it appears in the wrong Topic I do apologize in advance!

Hi @unk25514105ruod,
The cancellation fees is 50% of the remaining period of your subscription. if the subscription renews tomorrow then you already have completed your contract period and hence should not be levied any cancellation fees. There seems to be something more to your problem in my opinion. See the followign article on how cancellation charges are calculated
