its kind of a complicated story but here we go.

about 2 months ago, i wanted to add adobe premiere pro to my existing photography plan. i signed in to adobe, and added the plan. but as i soon found out, i had used a different account than the one i wanted to add it to. so, i tried to cancel it and there was no cancel button. i waited for hours on the online chat page waiting for someone but to no avail. today, i was charged 2 charges of $21.46. i went onto adobe and tried to cancel the subscription on the wrong account, but they wanted to charge me 100 DOLLARS!!! there is no way i am paying that much just to cancel a subscription after A MISTAKE!!! There are no funds in my account, so i need to get this canceled ASAP, without paying the bogus "Cancellation Fee."

someone please help

Hi Jdm333333,

Please contact the support through call/chat for the cancellation requests and the billing queries:

Contact Customer Care

**Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link above**

You can now self-cancel your subscription, see here:

Please go through the Adobe - Subscription Terms as well.

Hope this helps!

I am now experiencing a similar issue. I have only had the trial for a couple weeks, experienced the loss of my mother and forgot to cancel the subscription in time. I am so upset that a cancellation fee of over ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS is assessed for canceling. This is not properly outlined, and fine print is not a good excuse. I need to cancel WITHOUT a fee and need to speak to a representative (which doesn't seem to be an option).

make your case to adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
