Buonasera,

 

il 25/12 si è rinnovato annualmente il piano, senza che io abbia ricevuta alcuna comunicazione in merito.

Il risultato è che ora dovrei pagare 6 mesi di penale per chiudere.

Trovo la cosa alquanto vergognosa.

Inoltre NON SI RIESCE A CONTATTARVI!!!

Cookies were not allowed by an Antivirus software.

Once allowed, "3 point" chat appaired.

La chat di Adobe non appare proprio se non sono abilitati i Cookie sul browser.

Nel mio caso l'antivirus aveva abilitata una finizone di navigazione senza raccolta dati che li bloccava: una volta disabilitato l'amtivirus e aggiornato la pagina, la funzione di chat è apparsa.

 

In merito al rinnovo automatico dell'abbonamento, ho trovato un operatore molto gentile che ha provveduto alla disabilitazione dell'abbonamento rinnovato, nonchè provveduto al rimborso della prima rata mensile pagata.

 

Insomma, tutto è bene quel che finisce bene.
