I have been billed monthly for over 6 months yet never had an account or plan. I made this account today as my first account and it says I have no plans. I am being charged for no plans. The contact support does not listen or help. I am doing this from my laptop PC.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies in your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

Exactly. I don't know why I am being charged. I have never had an active account or plan but I have been charged for months. The same email I used to sign up here is the one connected to my bank, but there has never been a plan.

Call the fraud number for your credit card to say your information was stolen and you need a refund and a new card
