Never missed a payment but Adobe says my subscription has expired

I received notification that my account has expired but I renewed it last year and you continue to take monthly payments from my credit card. What's up? Wish I could find a way on your website to contact someone, but you have gone out of your way to make finding a means of contact to a live person impossible.

Thanks. I'll give it a try. But it sounds like a lot of work for the privilege of paying Adobe $160 a year for something that I have to fix. Wouldn't it be simpler to cancel, wait several days, and then apply for a new subscription?
