Hello Adobe team.
My Adobe plan that I purchased in 2018 is managed by Digital River. I received an email on 25.02.2025 stating that it was cancelled and I purchased a new subscription from adobe.com on 27.02.2025. Now when I open the application, I receive a warning message saying that I do not have an active subscription. Screenshots are attached.
Please ensure that my active membership is visible in the application.

Thanks for sharing the info. I checked your account details and found that you have both the subscriptions active with pending dues for the Digital River purchased account.
Did you receive any confirmation about the account deletion for the Digital River managed account?

The website I will enter for digital river is not opening anymore. https://gc.digitalriver.com/store/adbeheu/tr_TR/DisplayAccountOrderListPage was already opening with an extremely old design.
I thought it would be cancelled with an incoming email. I can't access the site anyway, how can I cancel it in this case?
I think this situation should be fixed by Adobe.

Unfortunately, the link you provided allows you to access the account via Adobe.com, but since the old license is with Digital River and the Digitalriver.com site is not open, I cannot see the payments and their list. I do not understand why Digitalriver.com was closed before such situations were completed.

The following sentence was in the incoming e-mail. It says "When your license expires" in this sentence, but I must have been hasty. I still can't check the digital river license. I kindly ask you to cancel your digital river subscription. I already have an active license from adobe.com.
The text in the incoming e-mail is as follows - "When your current paid license expires, the subscription you purchased through Digital River will expire. To continue using our applications and services, please go to Adobe.com and purchase a new subscription directly from Adobe." -
