I just purchased a new license for Creative Cloud for a whole new year, but when i checked my account it still says that my expiration date on the services are done on the 9th of September 2022.

Does anyone know why this stills shows and why it isn't active yet?

Thanks in advance!

You don't purchase another license, in general, because they renew automatically. The chances are you will now be paying twice.

But did you do something other than sign up to pay each month? What did you buy? (Leave out personal info please).
