I've been paying $9.99 USD per month for years. A few weeks ago Lightroom went crazy, said I needed to reregister, it couldn't find my license, etc. Eventually I got it working. And now I'm suddenly paying $10.59 per month instead of $9.99 as I have been for years.

I'm sure you know more than we do about recent tax & currency fluctuations in your region which might explain the 60 cent price hike. Check your spam folder for any emails from Adobe. They usually let you know when there's a price increase. In any case, it's not something fellow product users can help you with because prices & taxes vary by region.
