No apps open when offline

Every time I am away from an internet connection, I have the subscription verification window that wont let me open any Adobe CC product. I know there is supposed to be a period when one can work without a connection between verification cycles, but no luck. Can I confirm my verification manually before I lose a connection?

open and minimize the apps while online.  then when offline, you'll be able to use them.
