Hello, I have already talked with Sheer ID in the beginning of January. They refer me to Adobe support. On the phone number provided I am told: No call possible on this number. Probably because I am from Germany and there is no country code.
I am a lecturer in media design here in Germany. At Sheer-ID I sent in my fee contract with the educational institute to reduce the costs. Sheer-ID then confirmed it to me and said I should receive a confirmation email from Adobe. Unfortunately, I have not received one until today. Neither on my normal account, nor in the spam folder was a mail to find.
Now my perk is supposed to expire and I have to upload something again by 12.02, but it's already there, according to Sheer-ID.
So how can I proceed now?

Sheer-ID doesn't seem to be on the list of valid resellers/partners (you can search from here). It's possible they're illegally reselling OEM versions or doing something else illegal.
You will need to contact Adobe to find out if they're authorized to sell Adobe products. If they're not, I'd suggest contacting the issuer of your credit card and disputing the charge.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum so that proper help can be offered.
