No me aparece mi membresía aunque ya realice el pago

Ya realice el pago y ya me quito dinero de mi tarjeta, pero me sigue apareciendo que hay un probla de facturacion, trato de contactar a soporte o alguien que me ayuden y nada, alguien sabe alfun numero de contacto.

O como se puede resolver.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
