I resolved this case myself by downlaoding an older version of each app.

Reset unfortaulty didn't fix this issue.

I have tried reinstalling it before and had to reinstall the OS.

Same problem showed up after relanching.

In that case, this is not an Adobe software issue.  You need a new machine.

Please ensure your new computer exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use.

I am running a AMD Ryzen 7 processor with 32 gigs of ram.

Windows 10 and have a 1050 TI.

I have 3 1TB disks installed.

Stating someone needs a new computer does not help.

Maybe i should just call adobe.

I am not sure how after having an account and never having any issues i magicly now can't create new projects and now am being told i need a new computer.

If resetting preferences doesn't help, use the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool followed by a fresh re-installation of CC Desktop, etc...

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation issues
