I recently tried the adobe app one time with a free trial, I cancelled it on the 7th day but I still got charged $69.99 for an app I'm never going to use. I contacted adobe, they sent me to Google. So I contacted Google, and they said the money went to adobe. There's nothing they can do. Back and forth, nobody know who eventually got the $69.99 that I need back to pay bills and feed my child. Thanks adobe

I don't know what you ordered or what the policy is at Google, sorry.
If you downloaded a free 7 day trial from Adobe, you had to give them a credit card # so they could bill you when the trial ends. Adobe Creative Cloud gives you 14 days to cancel and request a refund. Phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.
